LOVE THIS MAGIC!
Oh my word alive I LOVE THIS STUFF!I have absolutely HATED my old oak cabinets for years. It has been a source of numerous heated discussions with my husband. I wanted new, he liked the grain. I wanted new doors, he liked the solid wood, I wanted to paint, he liked the grain....and so it went for years. Out of complete desperation I went online to see how I could improve the look of my old, missing color, water stained, solid wood oak cabinets. First on the hit list was a very deep clean - which I did - if they got ruined then oh well....that is how much I hated them. Second I got myself some gel stain and a bag of rags....all the while my loving hubby was hovering over me as I stained away, crying over the grain and not to cover the grain and holy cow the grain of the wood, what was wrong with me....Did I mention he HATES change? Anyway once that task was compete and dry (I waited about a week) I used this glorious wonderful polish wax miracle in a bottle...My cabinets look AWESOME, not saying the deep clean and the stain did not play a part but the holy grail of it all was once I did my first coat with this...let it sit in for a while than polished off. I did that over the course of about one month, weekly. My cabinets look pristine...you can still see the grain ;) the oil/wax makes them less likely to get dirty and are seriously easy to clean as I go...Did I mention the three dogs? Yup there's that too....Anyway My cabinets get a quick wipe down with a damp rag and a quick go over with this magic and then I am done. It has made my kitchen so much better and I am happy and my husband is happy...even the dogs are happy...Note about that, one seems to think the wax is a lickable treat when first applied....I had to kick her out of the kitchen until it was settled and polished. Not sure if it can be harmful to her but did not want to take the chance. I have just started using this in place of furniture polish for my older pieces and I am loving the effect it has on them as well. I have a smaller kitchen and all the waxing I did took less than 1/3 of the bottle so I do believe it is a good cost and effective product in every way!

Great stuff!
This is my second bottle of this conditioner and it is wonderful! I have lived with the antiques I inherited for many years and most of them needed refinishing (I thought). At 77, I couldn't imagine going through the trouble and spending the money to do that. Several months ago I ordered three cans of Restore-A-Finish in light oak, cherry, and mahogany. I could not believe how beautifully all of the pieces came out after applying the stain and conditioner. Only one table couldn't absorb the finish because of a sealer on it. I am so happy!

Great product for reviving wood
This product is great. I had half a bottle I bought over 20 years ago and it worked just as good as the new bottle I ordered. I used it on an old wood church pew that had been sitting on my porch for several years. It revived the wood without losing the antique patina.

Works well, but layer up
You will need lots of elbow grease to work this in properly into your wood products. As the bottle's instructions say, you will need to "feed" the wood to treat and protect it. They do not exaggerate. I applied a teaspoon at a time for sections of wood, apply it with a soft cloth (paper towels can also work in a pinch). Easily spent 30+ minutes applying more and more over a 3 square ft space. The finish felt very smooth, at least as smooth as the untreated, (far) less worn out sections... but the appearance did not improve yet. Had to apply a few more coats over time to begin to build up a layer of shine to help blend in.

Slicker than beeswax on a tin roof.
This product I was a little skeptical. After I used it, what a difference a furniture polish makes. It has not allowed dust to settle on surfaces. Two weeks later and I still didn't have to dust settling. Great product.

exceeded expectations
This product exceeded my expectations ! It brought an old wooden bench (teak wood I believe) and side table back to life and made beautiful again. Simple application and buffing to finish.

Great product for a specific purpose
This is NOT for wood that you plan on refinishing or staining. Brings life back to dull wood furniture and trim. Used on a scratched wood wall cap (top of a half wall at the top of the stairs) that has seen better days and now you need to look closer to see any imperfections.

It works!
This product worked wonders on my cabinets. See above before and after…says it all. Easy to apply, and just wipe with a cloth (or I used a paper towel). I’ll be using this up and buying again.
