Where do I begin?Lets start with user manual, there isn't one. There's just a single piece of paper with pairing instructions on it and nothing else.Fit,It comes with several different attachments, which is cool. But, the odd design of the part that goes in the ear makes it hard to stay in. No matter which combination of the pieces you use in its always coming out. It comes with a hard plastic ear hook, I put this on, it worked great until I switched it to the other side to put in the other ear and it broke. I bought two of these bluetooths. Thinking maybe I did something wrong when i switched it over, I put the other hard plastic hook on from the second one...same result..it broke also.Function,What a joke!! Where do i begin?Lets start with turning it on. Every bluetooth I've ever had will tell you by a voice 'connected' this one doesn't. Somewhere in some description I read on it before I bought it, it said caller ID on incoming calls on calls. It doesn't do this.Redialing last number by tapping the call button rarely works. With the design of the button you have to tap it fast and hard at times to get it to work. Which, then jams it in your ear and it hurts when you do it.Hold down button for call number voice command. I rarely can get in to work. Again, I believe it's due to the design of the bluetooth.Please, don't get me wrong here.I'm not saying it never works. It does at times.It just never works as easy as it should, or as easy as other bluetooths I've owned in the past.I've got a cheapy Wally World one that does everything this one doesn't do.Why'd i buy it?I bought this one because of the 24 hour run time. "It's great" I've never had to recharge it during the day.....it just won't die. I can barely get it to drop 50% during my usage time. I'm on my phone talking to clients and doing other things about 10 hours a day. I wish my phone would stay charged as long as the blue tooth does.I hope this helps you make a decision on buying it.I wouldn't buy another one!!

Outstanding unit.

I didn't really like these. I wanted something that would announce your name or caller ID.

I just got one of these so I haven't been able to test the battery life but will update that. I purchased a much more expensive one that I was displeased with the volume on. I couldn't hear phone calls in my vehicle. This bluetooth headset shines in the volume department. Crisp Clear calls and great stereo sound with music. Very pleased so far.
