I don't really know if would fit your grill **Q: Can the stems be trimmed? These stand two inches higher than the instrument panel on my Weber Spirit 320.** A: Trimming the stems will weaken them, and they will most likely break under any stress. Order the proper part for this grill by the model and serial number. Check with the manufacturer. This is for a Genesis, a much higher end grill. The sims may very well have a metal insert for support which will also complicate the issue.
