The cleanse is amazing!! Def worth the money and worth trying. My husband and I are doing it for the first time (first cleanse ever) and feel amazing! More energy, patience, metal clarity and just feel better in general. We are on day 10 👍Advice-you have to meal/snack prep. Lots of delicious recipes on Pinterest to keep your food exciting and new!Doing this again for sure!

This is one of the best cleanses I have done and I will do this one again. I feel lighter, clearer and better all over.

I’ve followed the eating plan before/ its great. This time I ordered the supplements and started on the eating plan for 3 days while waiting for the supplements to arrive. I felt great. Then I started taking the supplements! Horrible. Day One: My heart stared racing around 4pm, the I felt so foggy and disoriented for about 5 hours. I could not safely operate a vehicle. Then later in the evening when that wore off; anxiety and no sleep. Day two: no more supplements. Never again! Please check with your doctor before using this product!

Really pleased with this detox. It virtually made my indigestion, bloating and brain fog disappear. Energy levels also went up but the biggest changes I noticed were that my stomach and head felt normal and clear which I haven't been able to say for a long time. Made me realize exactly what food intolerances I have and also inspired me to begin a new health/weight loss journey. Would recommend to anyone looking to start fresh and get their health back on track.

This is my first experience of detox. This one is really working well. My doctor suggested I try it because I often have bellyache (for years). They passed after only two days into the detox.
