Not plug compatible with most residential fixtures.
Bought these to replace several tubes in fixtures in my home. Did not work. Turns out, the Electronic Ballast that these work with is not common in household fixtures (they use magnetic ballast) and really only found in commercial fixtures. They accept returns, but deduct the free shipping ($40) from the refund and you have to ship it back on your dime. At the end, it was cheaper to buy and install replacement electronic ballasts that to return the tubes. They could have been much clearer that residential units rarely work with their product. The lights are now working fine after I bought $11 electronic ballasts for all of my fixtures. Note: Other posters have stated that these could be wired directly to 110v by bypassing the ballast, but the seller denies that they can work that way.

Very pleased with the fit
Very pleased with the fit, the intensity and no problems during installation. Did not have to remove any of the ballast from the light fixture.

Works well in our commercial application
The products arrived very well packed with no damage. They came in a timely fashion. I installed them on one segment of my floor to compare with my current florescent lights and found them to be bright and consistent in lighting. I plan to replace all of my other lights in this large section of my commercial space. I am very happy I DON'T have to change out any ballasts.
