Bought a pill case previous to this one that didn't do what I had hoped. This was my second choice, and even after buying the first one, the one I kept thinking I should have gone with. I should have gone with my instinct. This case is, for my needs anyway, perfect! I take 6 pills a day, and each slot on these daily cases helps organize that perfectly. The "roygbiv" color-scheme is a nice touch!The case itself is sturdy, an actual snap rather than a magnet clasp (which I prefer). The daily pill cases fit quite snug into their section, without being too tight to get in or out. The contact card at the top is also easy enough to get in and take out (I ended up printing my own ICE card as my handwriting sucks).The only gripe I really have with this purchase is that the pill cutter can be a little difficult to open after cutting a pill. This is not enough of an "issue" however to drop my overall rating.Great product!

I absolutely love this pill organizer! After my kidney transplant at Mayo Clinic, I was provided with a clear pill organizer. There was nothing wrong with it--except that I lost Friday. (Yeah, I know that sounds weird, but it happened.) Anyway, ever since I lost one day of the week, I have been looking for something similar. I bought something at Walgreen's, but it didn't have the ability to detach each day and I needed that because I take one day of pills with me every day. Then I shopped on Amazon and found this amazing case with these colorful days--all of them! I filled it up last night and I am so happy with well everything about it! It's big enough for all the medicine I take and the colors are great. I recommend buying this if you take medicine every day.

I have lupus, which means I have a lot of prescriptions - too many to fit in most pill dispensers. The compartments on these are nice and big, but they still are not big enough to fit all of my p.m. meds in one box. I use the bottom two for that, with my dinnertime doses. I have to pick them out from the compartment, but it is still easier than trying to remember whether I have taken them, which is what I was doing before.I recommend this medicine organizer. If you take too many pills for it, I recommend getting two of these.

Excellent product - unless you, like me, take large-sized vitamins or take several medicines a day (I take 15). I had to return it but I guess it would work fine for those without such needs.If you decide to give it a try, know that the organization is very good (Morning/Lunch/Dinner/Bedtime), the case is reasonably discreet (but it has a pretty large logo), and the pill cutter seems fine (I didn't even open it.)

Fantastic!! It takes a minute to get all of your pills set up but it has saved me immense time instead of going through each bottle and looking to see what the med is and how many etc. I just prepare ahead of time and instead of taking 10m each morning to take my meds I just pop this open and take them in 30 seconds. Durable and reliable and I love the case it comes with!! Looks like a wallet to the unsuspecting eye. Worth every penny.

I have to take 8 large pills every morning. I was hoping to use this as a way to organize my pills on a monthly basis. However, the compartments are not big enough to put all my pills in for every day. So, I'm using this as a two week organizer by using the morning and noon for one week and the evening and bedtime for the second week. It helps me to remind me to take my pills. It also helps to remind me of when it's time to refill my prescriptions.

The clear plastic film which forms the pocket for the individual (daily) pill holders is too thin to be reliably durable. The product description claims it's been redesigned to be thicker, but they didn't go far enough if they did actually improve it. This type of plastic gets brittle over time and elevated temperatures. Without extremely delicate handling, I expect it to rip and tear after a few months of use. The sewing on the vinyl seems adequate.A better design would be to give the black vinyl case sides, making it into a lidded box with 1/4" greater dimensions (L,W&H, all three). Add a plastic back plate that allows the daily pill holders to snap into it. The snap closure seems durable enough, but sewn-on Velcro would have been better; eventually the snap will pull out of its base.I like the printed day of the week on each holder and the effort to follow a ROYGBIV pattern... but they forgot Indigo and used pink for Saturday. Aarrgh!

I would not purchase this pill organizer again. Each slot has an individual lid, which would be a bit tough on people who have difficulty with their motor skills. The containers are held in to the folder by a thin enevelope of vinyl, which is flimsy for repeated travel. I thought the closure mechanism was velcro but it's a snap. If the snap comes loose, all of your pill pods slide right out. The flip side is, they are easy to remove from the folder, and if you only need pills for the morning, you can just pop open the one compartment and dump them out instead of worrying that you have to dump out the pills from your entire day as you would do with a single lid for the entire container. But it doesn't meet my needs, so I think I'll just give this to one of the youngsters to use for a watercolor paint pallet since it is non-returnable.
