I have suffered from migraines for 36 years now. I have tried everything prescription and natural. Everything is hit or miss. I started a migraine last night before bed and decided to try this. It didn't really do anything for the pain. The senna gave me diarrhea starting at 1am and it's still going. If you are regular, beware that this can and will cause diarrhea. If you are normally constipated this will clear you out. If you are already on stool softener so or laxatives, be ready for a blow out.

This product is a great addition to my migraine arsenal. I've tried it with my usual shot (or two) of espresso and on its own, and it really works! The ginger really helps the nausea, and the potassium and magnesium reduced the migraine significantly.The fact that it's a fizzy liquid makes it easier to take than a pill when I don't feel well.And single-use packets make it easy to have on hand (good for travel).NOTE: there's a night-time formula, too! :-)

This worked really well. I will stay stocked up on this product.
