Great product even better price! SEE UPDATE
This product fits my H&R pardner 12 gauge perfectly (like it should being a 870 knock off) and install was a breeze. I simply used the included screws like a punch and hammered them into place gently. The rail is perfect and I did not know it was raised some making the bead still visible!! Only four stars because after about 70 shells down range I noticed the side shell holder was actually moving forward off the rail. I think I repositioned it twice while shooting but honestly it did not diminish the experience at all. Shells seem secured well so to me this was an awesome buy!!*UPDATE*So this product as awesome as it seems did disappoint later down the road. The old saying you get what you pay for is true. The included screws to secure the trigger pins are CHEAP and will STRIP the moment you go to unscrew them for weapon maintenance. The saving grace is that there is an included extra set of screws. After much shooting the screws lossen to a point to where the saddle is very loose and you have to retighten them after every 5 or so rounds down range. Even with my shock absorbing stock it was a problem.Taking matters into my owns hands me and a friend spent alot of time a Lowe's hardware searching for bolts to fix this problem. After much searching we succeeded and made the switch. To make this work YOU MIST DRILL THE SADDLE MOUNT SCREW HOLES LARGER THAN MANUFACTURED. This was accomplished with a drill multiple bits (start small work up) and piece of 1x4 wood ( for stability andonce you see saw dust you've drilled through.) The included pictures show exactly what I bought and how it looks on the shotgun.Have I fired this set up yet? No. Does it feel MUCH MORE SOLID? ABSOLUTELY!!I am very pleased with the way this turned out and also you may see I had to ZIP TIE THE SHELL HOLDER ONE TO KEEP OT FROM FALLING OFF! Anyway I hope this may help someone out there and THANKS FOR READING! 👍

A Superior Upgrade for my Remington Model 870 Express Tactical 12 Guage.
This is an excellent accessory for my Remington Model 870 Express Tactical 12 Ga. Simple to install and it looks amazing. This opens up a myriad of possibilities for additional accessories. The material is aluminum that has a strong hard anodized finish as well as the necessary screws and inserts for installation. This is for the 12 Gauge version. First timers or novices can easily view You Tube videos to assist in installation. No installation instructions came with mine. The shells are held tightly and in place and I have not experienced any dropping out during live firing. This upgrade also makes for a bad ass look and functionality to the firearm. One thing I do suggest, if you are installing it yourself, DO NOT remove both pins at the same time near the trigger group, (the mounting point for the side saddle). Replace each one a step at a time. This is an amazing item and it will look and be an excellent accessory for your Shotgun.

Easy for a novice. Used it for my Remington 870 Express Home Defense Pump Shotgun
I am a total novice when it comes to disassembling and stuff like that when it comes to firearms, I watched a few videos online to get a good grasp of what the installation process consisted of, after watching a few videos It seemed pretty straightforward so I took the chance, I thought it would be a 50/50 chance I would return it due to having issues installing it, I was also concerned I would scratch the blue finish as some people had mentioned in videos I watched. To my surprise the whole process was way easier than the youtube video indicated, and with a little lubrication I added to the mount before installing it there was no friction whatsoever and the mount slid into place perfectly, it was a cake walk installing it to my Remington 870. Really love the look of it and it allowed me to add a reticle dot sight scope. Check out the pictures.

Ultimately returned it.
I bought this, and a Mesa Tactical that cost twice as much. The machining of the aluminum was exceptional, and slightly nicer than the Mesa, but I didn’t care for the shell carrier at all. It held the shells too loosely, and I like to keep ‘emin brass-side down. I felt like I’d be dropping new shells on the ground after a few hits of recoil. The Trinity uses a piece of rubber tubing inside its hard plastic shell carrier to hold ‘em. The Mesa uses a really high quality thermoplastic rubber, and it holds the shells with confidence. Even though it’s double the price, I decided to keep the Mesa and never have to worry about dropping new shells.

Sturdy, nice finish, nice rail....but brass UP only...
Installs easily. Holds securely. Looks great. Nice matte finish. One minor "complaint". The shell carrier holes are a tiny bit loose. Brass up...is fine but shells can slide down past plastic. Brass down...not happening unless you like dropping shells.

Not bad for the money.
Pretty nice piece of hardware for the money. The machining is nice and it fits great. The shell holder is junk, but otherwise, it's great. Installed in seconds, but did come a little loose. Would suggest using lock tight blue.

Fit on shotgun as described. Very easy to install. Only complaint is that it doesn't hold the shells as tight as I thought it would, they seem to be a little loose. Other than that it's great!

Just okay
Seems to be good for the rail use but the Shell holder isnt great has flown off already n dropped the rounds out due to recoil. I'm sure I could somehow stake down the holder and put a thicker rubber gasket on the back to hold the rounds better. But for now ill leave it on and see if the red dot I put on can hold zero.
