## Questions & Answers

**Q: My backyard is slanted. Does it affect assembly?**
A: Yes, it will. My yard has a slight grade to it so I had to build up one side during construction to get things squared. It is possible to build on a slant, but not recommended.

**Q: Anyone stained this out of the box before assembly? I would like to add color/more waterproofing. Does the factory coating repel the stain?**
A: The product comes with a waterborne stain for color only. You can restain it to any color you would like. As a key part of the warranty, you will need to apply a clear sealant that works for your area. What works in a desert climate doesn't work in snow areas.

**Q: What's the maximum weight for top portion?**
A: Approximately 3 kids weighing no more than 150 pounds each.
