Very nice mug. Keeps my hot coffee hot. I even dropped it on my tile floor--and it didn't break. Phew!

Love the Mug. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is the silicone lid barely fits the top of the mug. Other then that it is wonderful!!

The cup is nice size that's why I purchased it. But the lid is terrible, it doesn't fit the cup well, have to be careful it does not come off.

This Kitchen Worthy brand item is not worthy of my kitchen. The price is currently $9 more than I paid for it, and it was overpriced at the price I paid. I didn't buy this mug for the aesthetics, because I don't find it to be a particularly attractive mug, but I was looking for another travel mug like my Mr. Coffee brand ceramic mug, and this one looked to be the most similar in construction and size. Compared to my Mr. Coffee mug, this mug feels more fragile and lighter in weight. I am returning the mug. I *might* have considered keeping it if my only matter of concern had been about its durability, but when the mug arrived, it looked like it had either been stored out of its box on a shelf, or perhaps had even been used. My hands were left feeling dirty/dusty after handling the mug, and the lid and sleeve appeared to be covered in dust particles. And the sleeve of the mug fit so tightly that I don't see how it could be removed for cleaning without tearing it. It is rather fragile where the fleur de lis design is cut out. With how tightly it fit on the mug, the force required to remove it would likely cause it to tear. Overall, my impression of the mug was that there were just too many negatives to merit keeping it, especially for the price.

Looks great. Cup gripper is nice but drinking out its spongy, rubber-like top is not pleasant. Wish it came with a hard plastic top, so I strictly use it home with a cup warmer.

The cup it self is very pretty but the sleeve gets just as hot as the cup. You have to wait for it to cool down which for me beats the whole point. The top is not very secured, you can't pick it up from the top or it will come off.
