Nearly perfect
I so badly want to give this five stars... but just one design flaw that is annoying to me...The good stuff first:1. VERY well made - we've used it daily for over a year!2. Materials are top notch - not a single problem with the zippers, seams, material quality, straps, etc. extremely durable!3. We pack an ice-cooler lunch for toddlers (we have 2 toddlers and 2 of these backpacks) and this neoprene helps to keep the cold for longer.4. Because it is stretchy, we have stuffed it and put all kinds of odd shaped toys in there with no problem.5. It's cute... just LOOK AT IT! :) lots of compliments - very cute.However:When our little ones come home with an 8.5 x 11 paper for us to sign, we cannot fit it flat in this backpack. All papers we come home with need to be rolled up, folded, squished or shoved in the pack... if only we could slide a folder in there, then it would be PERFECT for our usage. If you intend to use this and not require papers to stay nice, then this is THE PACK for you!I am about to buy two more though, so
