Really great product if taken in right quantity

When I consumed the entire scoop at once , within few mins I will feel tingling effect of each and every muscle, my ears will tingle and start itching. Instead of consuming at once, when i mix one scoop in 250 ml water, consume half of it before 15 - 20 mins and consume the rest during workout, i can stay strong enough for at-least 1 - 1 1/2 hr. My performance has increased a lot of consuming this. This is a great product at a reasonable price. Taste of green apple is good . Taste of watermelon twist is not so great, but you will get used to it after a month.
