**Q: Made in which country？**
A: Made in China, high quality

**Q: When I unscrew the old plug there’s part of the plug still in the hole**
A: Never heard of unscrewing old plug? I just sat it in sink hole push down if I want to retain water.

**Q: The depth of my plug hole is 3.2cms then there is a grate. Will this plug fit?**
A: I'm afraid it won't fit, you can look at the specification chart on the product link (the sixth picture)
For the 38-44mm size, your sink plug hole needs to provide a minimum depth of 4cm and a minimum width of 3.7cm.
For the 34-38mm size, your sink plug hole needs to provide a minimum depth of 4cm and a minimum width of 3.35cm.

**Q: How would I prevent leakage from under the bath and which fitting is required underneath?**
A: I simply removed the existing "mechanically operated" plug from above, inserted the new inner sleeve which has a rubber seal and provides a new chrome plug outer ring which sits over the old one ( no need to remove the old one and upset the under sink/bath drainage pipework) and then screw the new plug into the new housing.
