Great for leaky gut when licorice root, digestive enzymes, probiotics are taken at the same time.
This is working beautifully for my stomach! I have many digestive issues especially gas and bloating on my stomach and occasional acid reflux which I’ve come to the conclusion is leaky gut. I’m lactose and gluten intolerant but this has really calmed down my stomach. I’ll be adding licorice root to help repair my gut. I also take a digestive enzyme and probiotics. All 4 together will work like a charm.

BIG. Chalky. Hard to swallow!
I like this brand and have been buying their stuff for years. Including these 1000mg L-glutamines. These have always been a large pill but this most recent time they not only got a tad bit bigger, but they no longer have a smooth slick coating on it. These are HUGE and chalky. I almost choked on one at first. However as I got used to them and was careful to chug them down they were fine. Use caution!! Otherwise I believe in L glutamine. I am a 47 year old skateboarder and it helps keep my soreness and injuries on the mend fast. I take one in the morni g on am empty stomach and one at night if I am really sore from workouts. Also good for immune system and gut health.

I actually like the brand a lot and have other pills in the same form from them which is a big pill which is not completely round compacted in 1,000 mg dose. The other ones are big and not the best to swallow because of the size but they are okay because they have smooth sides. These are a little rough on the sides and I hate swallowing them. I don't know if that is because it's glutamine and maybe whatever coating they put on the other ones is not able to be applied or if these were stored and properly but I would recommend finding another situation for your glutamine. Otherwise this company is pretty solid and price wise competitive
