It's my favorite texturizer, i always use it to curl my hair cause i have straight hair. It helps me comb my hair easily and it's last for a Long time.

Maybe I can help the ones who gave it low reviews to understand what type of blessing this is. First of all it’s NOT A RELAXER/PERM!! It clearly states that and I have type 4C thick coarse hair and this texturizer does exactly what it states. If you have my natural hair type and want your coils and curls to show more of a lift and Easy to manage then this is the one for you. It’s not suppose to straighten your hair. If that’s what you wanted then you need a perm/relaxer. I have some coarse thick hair that had been chemically Damaged over a year ago when I went to a salon for a blowout and silk press. The hairdresser put a highlighter in my hair and burn my hair with the flatiron which lead to my hair started falling out the very next day when I woke up to brush my silk wrap out. I was devastated because as much as I tried to treat it with the best salon brand hair treatments, my hairdresser who I had to go back to and drive 4 hours told me that I would loose my hair because it was chemically damages and the hairdresser burned my hair with the flatiron. After a month I purchased this and I am feeling good with the results. Even though I have some areas of hair loss that’s going to grow back just having soft, coils and curls to comb through has made this transition for me the best ever. The key to repairing damaged hair is moisture. Keeping the hair moist and removing damaged hair, split ends are the main thing and don’t let anyone experiment on your hair and end of like me. That photo is just from almost a month ago and look at how it’s grown out. It was all cut off like a boy down to the scalp! I give it 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It’s all in how you care for your hair if you want good results. This gives me that soft natural look that I have always wanted!

This do not work on 4c hair. It absolutely did nothing to my hair but dry it out and waste my time and money. Maybe it only works on fine texture hair..

Knocked a star off because all of the products in the box came with their tops off resulting in me losing quite a lot of product. Thankfully my hair is short so I didn’t need much. Other than that, the results are INCREDIBLE!!!! My hair was already curly, but this definitely enhanced my curls. I don’t regret my purchase at all. Left it in my hair for 5 minutes & washed it out with cold water. Used the deep conditioner mixed with a hair mask. I keep getting compliments. I recorded the entire process. YT: Shantanese Snow

While reading the reviews I saw comments that spoke to it's non-effectiveness. Unfortunately I ignored them and took a risk thinking it may work for me. On the first use Ifollowed the instructions to "the letter." While wet my hair appeared to be softer but once dry there was no difference to the texture, curls, feel. This was a big disappointment and I would have returned the product if it was not opened. I have very short hair so there was enough for 2 applications, and I waited patiently for the required number of weeks to pass to try again. On the second application I allowed 5 more mins for processing. At the end there was a slight difference in my hair. After adding moisturizers, and curl activator over 2 weeks there is a hint of change in the texture of my hair. I have been using two other brands prior to this purchase and have never had this problem. This purchase was simply a waste of money, and sadly, after 2 trials i would not recommend it.

Easy to use, great results! I have limited mobility in my arms making grooming a challenge, this product saves me from the stress of struggling to groom my own hair. I have not seen any damage to my hair, I am salt&pepper and this product did not burn or scorch my grays! I will repeat as needed!

I LOST ALL MY HAIR! Never again will I use this or recommend anyone to use this product! I followed the instructions !
