Q: What is the wrench for?

A single flare tool is used for low-pressure jobs. Like the low-pressure lines but it is not suitable for high-pressure jobs such as brake systems.

Q: Does the center punch move in a circle while you screw it or is it straight shot?

It goes straight in if adjusted correctly.

Q: where are the instructions or PDF to use this tool?

Watch a video on YouTube. That’s what I did. Just search for brake line double flaring… or something like that. It’s actually easy to use once you see how its done.

Q: Does it come with extra adapters as heading says?

It comes with everything you see in the picture. I don't recommend for stainless steel as I broke mine on the first use.
