Complete and utter garbage DO NOT BUY. would give negative stars if I could. Tumblers jam up and don't let you unlock it, had to cut it off.

It has worked well so far, and I haven't had any problems with it.PROS- Locks and unlocks when it is supposed to.- Stays locked when it is supposed to. I tugged as hard as I could on it when it was locked and it was solid.- Instructions on how to change the combination lock were very clear.CONS- It is a very small lock. This wasn't a problem for me per se, because my locker is in a room which is protected by an electronic combination lock, so it's pretty safe anyway. But I feel that I should warn you that this is NOT a heavy duty lock. The top part is very thin, like I said above. A decent pair of bolt cutters could snap this like a twig.

My husband has to travel at least once a month because of his work, and we always try to make a family trip at least once a year. As we travel home to another continents, we sometimes like to jammed packed our bags with souvenirs, and sometimes we got our bags inspected by TSA. We once used the not-TSA approved padlocks, and the locks are broken by the time we arrived at our destination. So, using a TSA-approved locks is a better choice.During transit or arriving in the destination, those luggage are still prone to ‘airline-theft’, now we know that our luggage padlocks are still safe even though they need to undergo the TSA check.There is a clear instruction with pictures on how to easily reset the passcode. So, it can be transferred to be used between family members and everybody can create a passcode that is suitable for each of us. In case you lost the paper instruction, there is also the same instruction provided on the product page on Amazon.This is my honest opinion in exchange of an opportunity to try and review this product.

The Mazeplus TSA 4-Digit Combination Lock is a great way to keep your personal items secured. This seems like it would be perfect for a locker. I have a mid-sized travel bag that I keep in my room and wanted to make sure that I could keep my personal items secured. This lock has been perfect for what I need. The Mazeplus has a heavy duty feel to it, but obviously it's not large enough for a fence or something of that size. I would definitely recommend this for a gym locker, cabinet, luggage or briefcase.The 4 digit combination offers thousands of possible combinations for you to choose from so you don't have to be concerned with someone cracking the code. I am not a big travel so it's not an issue to me, but these are TSA approved so you can travel without worrying about your luggage. It is super easy to set up. You simply scroll the numbers to your combination code, pull up the shackle and turn it 90 degrees until the pin is over the gap. Then, push down the shackle and insert the pin in the gap and rotate 90 degrees. Scroll the numbers, align them and set your combination. Return the shackle to its initial positions and scroll the numbers to random combinations. I have been using mine for a couple of months now with no issues, but should you encounter a problem, Mazeplus has a one year warranty offering 100% money back or replacement.

The lock came in a small box packaged with a card showing visual instructions step by step on how to set a personalized 4 digit combination. The lock itself is not too heavy and has a lightweight feel to it without feeling cheap or flimsy. I find this lock reliable for when I head to the gym to lock my belongings in the locker! One thing I would question about this product is the keyhole underneath because it did not come with an unlock key.
