About three or four days before my expected cycle, I take one dropper (about 14 drops) in a liter of water. I can usually expect to see my period within a week of use. This has been so helpful because before I began using Q.A.L. extract, my period would almost always be two or three weeks late. Sometimes it wouldn't come at all. This has been a game changer! The only minor side effect has been some slight stomach cramping that does not last. Definitely worth it for me. I did start out using less drops and worked my way up to more.
