Hard to figure out
This was very hard to figure out, and it's quite confusing!Also, it didn't do a whole lot with my Border Collie mix...(and that's who we needed it for)Sorry, but this Just wasn't any good for us!

Excellent training tool
Works perfectly, no issues. Have only had to use shock on lowest setting 1 or 2 times. Dogs learned very quickly with the noise and vibrate. No issues with marks on their necks, but then again we losin the collars when they come inside. Excellent training tool.

We are so happy with this product!
My wife and I love the product. We have 2 dogs and they have been completely transformed! Walks have changed from a tug-of-war match to a high light of our day. We used the shock function once or twice and now we never have the shock them. That's why we love the vibrate and sound functions!On top of the awesome product, my wife and I fried them by using the wrong charger by mistake, they sent us a free replacement! Great customer service, awesome product, the best purchase we have made in a long time!

only one device worked out of the box
It has taken me a little bit to write this review in hopes that some issues would correct themselves, but it appears not to be the case. The packaging was great, it arrived on time, but out of the box, one of the collars did not work. It charged for about 30 seconds, showed green, but would not pair with remote. Tried to charge again, the device charged for about 1 min, showed green, this time it paired, but only lasted about an hour and the device was dead. The other collar and remote keep long charges and work good, but the second collar is nothing short of a disappointment. I was worried about these products because of the price range they were in, but I guess you get what you pay for. I would not really recommend this product, spend a little more if you can, and lets hope that price equals quality in the case of these collars.

waterproof
Waterproof as advertised. I feel its worth mentioning since its the first dog collar of this type that I have tried that lasted through more than one swim. My dog loves water so she jumps in whenever she can.
