This is one of the best guns I have ever used. For the home user who wants to paint a car or truck, I'm going to give you a list of equipment to buy so you'll be totally set up to produce great paint jobs. First is this gun. It shoots a 5" wide pattern and is very easy to see and control. The most important factor with this gun is that it uses only 2 CFM at approx 22 psi. So - you can buy a 115 volt compressor. Mine is a Husky that puts out 4 CFM at 90 PSI - totally adequate. Off of the compressor, put a air pressure regulator. I set mine to 50 PSI. Now - most important - buy a Motor Guard M-60 1/2 NPT Sub-Micronic Compressed Air Filter. Put this air filter between the compressor and the gun. This unit will purify the air and remove any moisture that the compressor has generated. No water in your paint. I also use a final regulator at the gun to set the nozzle pressure where I want it. This set up works really great and is perfect for the home painter.

Hologram proves it is legit Iwata. Does not include PPS adapter pictured.This is the 1mm needle spray gun. I bought this hoping to have the best of both worlds. Spraying automotive paints, and Cerakote. So far only shot auto paints which it barely does because needle is so fine. That being said, 100% confident it will shoot cerakote perfectly!So much better than the cheaper mini spray guns I had been using. Love the perfect V fan that comes out of this nozzle. It is quite the investment, though. LPH-80 plus pps adapter, plus v2 3oz and 6oz cup setups was a pretty hard hit to the wallet. No regrets, will have a nice spray gun for a long time.5-stars, Highly recommended.

LPH80 is the absolute best mini spray gun you can buy, However, i do not recommend the LPH80 that comes with the E2 cap (not sure what model number) if you're going to be using it for "bigger" smaller jobs. The E2 cap is just a little too precise if you ask me. The E4 cap is great for cutting in jambs or small spot repairs on bumper covers. You can make the pattern small as an airbrush almost, but its nice to have a nice 5" fan when you need it. Starts atomizing around 14psi which is great for smaller compressors. Lays out base and clear with ease and leaves an amazing finish. Could not believe have fast it shipped directly from Japan and i received it a few days earlier than expected. If you want the best quality in a minigun, look no further!! If you're on a tight budget you might consider looking into ANI R150 minigun..
