They bend in the middle from being so thin! To bad they don't have a thicker one that big!

Great for the price
Great for the price. I would expect to get about 4 uses per plank. But flavor is even better when you soak them in beer or red wine for several hours.

Perfect salmon
We used these last night, our salmon was perfect! Need to order more!Updated: The salmon was delicious, but the person who did the bbg'g wished they were a bit thicker, even though we soaked them for 2 hours, they did catch fire! So, keep an eye on this!

Not a very good. value
It is misleading advertising.. IT'S NOT 12 PLANKS. IT'A ONLY TWO PLANKS! Not a very good. value. I don't know if it is a good plank for grilling but I do know it costs too much. I don't want to buy from a company that misleads the customer. I would never buy again from this company.

Deceiving description
Not sure, as I haven't used them yet- I was surprised that I only received two as the description makes it sound like you are getting 12!! It should be corrected to clearly state 2 planks!
