Trim Labs Premium Extreme Caffeine, 200mg, 100 Count

As someone who does not like coffee or energy drinks and was looking for an alternative, I learned about caffeine pills and decided to buy some. This brand was at a good deal so I decided to give it a go. At first I just took one whole pill daily a couple hours before work, but I felt that it made me too jittery and anxious before working (in an idle state). After observing my own effects from the pills, I now take half a pill 20~ minutes before work and I don't experience any negative side effects. They keep me active and energized in my fast-pace job. As others have said, it would be nice to be able to split these pills a little easier. Otherwise, I think these are a great deal and are aiding me in my daily life.

I take one in the morning cause i thought it would replace expensive energy drinks, caffeine doesn't effect me much so I cant really tell much difference but I don't buy energy drinks anymore and feel same effect so I guess they're working, hard for me to say.

I use this stuff fairly often, but not every day. I use it because I get tired of the taste of coffee after about one cup, and one cup often makes my stomach feel awful, but one cup of coffee is usually not enough to wake me up in the morning. One of these pills and I'm good to go. The energy isn't instant, it kind of revs up slowly. And it doesn't drop off sharply either, which I really appreciate. These pills give me the energy to get things done and feel good while doing them, without feeling like I'm a meth addict or something. The only thing I've noticed that I don't love is on occasion I will get a stomach ache from them like I would coffee, but if you take it with food you are pretty much good to go. Highly recommend these.

I have used all kinds of caffeine supplements and have read the reviews. It is not the best value but saved me a trip to the store for Vivarin or Jet go. This really seams to be half the potency rather than less harsh.

Cheap caffeine pills. Compared to a cup of coffee 200mg pill is equal to two cups of coffee. Thus for 10 bucks you get 200 cups of coffee versus the cost of 200 cups of coffee. Plus it is pure and without additives. Great to use on those long road trips or times when you need caffeine but aren't able to stop somewhere.

I haven't gotten a boost in energy or anything. At this point, I probably shouldn't even continue taking it, but I am hoping that one ay the effects will miraculously kick in. Hmm.

I'm not a coffee drinker so not too familiar with the level of caffeine I can tolerate....but with that said, it only took my one dosage of two capsules (400mg) to find my limit. My interest is two fold, one to assist my weight workouts and two, to help on longer than normal days (on the golf course after work :-). The two capsules prior to a golf outing had me swinging for the fences but missing the ball (more than usual). Cut back to one capsule and had much better energy control, both in the weight room and on the course. One of the recommendations I've seen in literature is if you're a "serious" coffee drinker and use max. recommended dosage (400mg) you may have negative effects on the muscle growth from you work outs? But literature does support the positive effect of caffeine on work out duration and strength and the 200mg does produce an effect I can feel.

I usually keep some caffeine pills at home in case I don't have time for coffee in the morning. I've taken them many times in the past. I'm not sure if I received a defective bottle or what, but the pills I received have basically zero effect. There is no possible way there is 200mg of caffeine in these pills. They felt more like the equivalent of MAYBE a half cup of coffee. The other recent reviews seem mixed, so maybe there is a bad batch of bottles mixed in with the good ones? At any rate, they were a waste of money for me. Not recommended.
