The TrailerTester Checkmate (Checkmate 1200) is a basic and easy to use trailer lighting system tester. Weighing 9.84 lbs with room for a battery, this portable, exclusive one-piece polyethylene super tough carrier can withstand any weather conditions. The TrailerTester Checkmate features an SAE 7-wire and is easily adaptable to RV 4, 6 or 7-wire standards. There are flashing feeds for the left and right turns and the circuits are internally loaded to flash into a dead circuit for easy troubleshooting. A red lamp on the panel indicates a short circuit and the on-off toggle switches control aux, marker and tail light circuits. Auto reset circuit breakers test the aux, marker, tail, stop, left and right lights. An 8.5 foot long included trailer cable assists in testing and improves functionality. Power your TrailerTester Checkmate with a regular car battery for normal use or a Group 24 deep-cycle or gel-cell battery. Also available are the battery tender or a power supply, which eliminates the use of a battery all together. The TrailerTester Checkmate is backed with a comprehensive, 5 year warranty.
