Wish there was a way to turn the sound off or down!
I have to say that this robot toy is incredibly annoying, but my 3 year old loves it so I feel compelled to give it 4 stars. When the robot is turned on it makes noise continuously and there is no way to turn the sound off or the volume down. It says, "Fire! Fire!" and makes shooting sounds over and over and over again until it is turned off. I am usually not someone who gets annoyed by noisy toys but this one is too much for me to take. I've taken the batteries out of it because I can't tolerate the nonstop, loud noise that it makes. However my 3 year old still loves it even though the batteries aren't in it so it's still a win for me! When the batteries are in the robot rolls across the floor raising its arms up and down, turns its head from side to side and it's eyes glow red. This part of it is pretty neat and it would be great if there was a way to turn the sound off or at least down so that the robot could move without having to listen to it. My son is still able to roll it across the floor by himself but it would be more fun for him if it was doing it by itself but the noise drives everyone else in the house crazy. Even still this has become one of my 3 year old's favorite toys. He carries around with it and plays with it constantly but I wish there was a way for the robot to move without having to deal with all the noise it makes.Full disclosure: I received this robot at a discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased review. However that in no way influenced my opinion or review of it.

Stands up to children well. Walks, talks, and moves head and arms. He is loud and repetitive.
I bought this robot for my daughter because truthfully, what kid didn't want a robot growing up? So I thought I would give her one. The robot itself is tough, made of strong mainly plastic material. He has made it through some drops and falls. He even took a tumble down the stairs and keep right on talking. He is one tough robot. In all honesty I was hoping on that last fall down the stairs that he would have broken his voice box. He is loud, very loud, and he repeats the same phrases over and over and over again. I think he would have driven me less nuts if he had more variety in what he said. Or if you could turn the voice part off, and he could still light up and walk. He says “fire, fire, don't move. drop the gun fire fire” …. repeatedly. There is an on off switch but that turns it all the way on or off. I wish action and sound were separate. He does move which I do like a lot. Both his legs walk a little and his arms go up and down as well as his head turning. I expected my older daughter to like it best but the baby has taken over and she likes to play with it the most. He is about 10 inches tall and 6 inches across. He is a cute robot, works well and stands up to the abuse of children, he's just loud. Overall a good product worth purchasing.I received this product at a discounted rate in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.

Walks and Moves! Son Loves It!
This robot stands 12 inches tall, and he walks on his own while his arms move up and down. His head also moves back and forth. One arm has a gun, and the other arm has a claw as a hand. There is a button that opens the claw when pressed. The robot's eyes, chest, and gun tip light up when the robot is turned on. My son is 3 years old, and he loves this toy! I'm really not sure what the robot says, but it sounds like "Don't move, drop the gun, fire! Fire, Fire!" Followed by sounds of gun fire. The gun fire reminds me of something off of an alien movie. I say that because I think it's important to let you know that it's not like real gun fire. It isn't scary at all. My son has really enjoyed this robot. He has pretended that the robot was shooting his toy cars, and he's put his cars on the floor to let the robot walk over them. The robot does require 3 AA batteries which are not included, and a tiny Phillips head screwdriver is required to remove the battery casing. There is also an on and off switch. When turned on the robot stays on the entire time until you physically turn it off. That is a con for me, and another con is that the robot is loud. Those are the only two cons, but as a parent all toys get annoying after a while. My son loves the robot, and that is all that matters. He plays with it everyday without getting bored with it. I love the robot's bright green color, and the red lights that light up when turned on. It is a very good quality toy, and it would be great as a gift.Disclaimer: I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.

Kids will love it!
This robot toy is a favorite in our home. My kids (2 and 4) LOVE it. The robot moves forward and waves his arms up and down. He has a gun in one arm that lights up. He very loudly states “Drop the gun! Fire! Fire! Fire!” He also plays gun noises. This toy is very loud. There is not a volume on him though, so we put a clear medical tape over the speaker (located on his chest) to make it a bit quieter. It gets old, as that is his only phrase. While my children are over the moon about this toy, I find myself frustrated. It is so popular that I should have gotten one for each child. Even though the toy moves, both kids spend the majority of the time running with him (the robot) in their arms so the other child can’t touch it. Both of my kids have pulled his arms and legs (while they were moving) forcing them in opposite directions. The toy has still not broken and it is still functioning properly. This toy has taken a beating at our house, and it has pulled through. This toy does not come with batteries, so be sure to buy AA batteries when you order.I received this item at a discounted rate for my honest and unbiased opinion.
