This hand-painted clam shell can be used as a soap dish, to hold jewelry, keys, just about anything! I keep one on my hair station so my clients have a safe place to keep their earrings while I do their hair. Yes, this is a real clam shell, length 5" - 6"", width approx. 4", painted blue with a faux sand finish - it looks like you just picked it up off the beach! A small pearl finishes the look. Seaglass-like beads keep it stable. Please remember that since this a natural seashell, there may be slight imperfections, and they are normal. There will be variations in shape and finish on each piece. Not for use with food.
