If you want to spend $40 on a vinyl cover with fiberfill filling (batting like you use in sewing quilts) then this is the bolster for you! It comes with a wrapper that says hygienic product, cannot return, however it appeared Amazon was allowing me to return the product. I chose to keep it, when I was able to "make do" by adding pool noodles cut to size underneath the soft batting which lent the stiffness needed to not have it collapse under you. Originally it collapsed completely flat under my knees. (I am 5'5", and weigh 130) There is not enough filling to work as a bolster, or for any of the yoga or PT positions it touts. I believe the product description is misleading, and cost ridiculous. If you want a nice bolster, like used in PT, this is NOT it!

The bolster is greatly overpriced for a piece of vinyl wrapped cotton batting.I was not able to determine what the stuffing was until opening the package.Since cotton batting will mat down quickly and not provide the neededsupport under the knees I decided to return it as unsatisfactory. However,the company refused the return because the package had been opened.Therefore I wasted $32+, which I am not happy about. I will not orderanything else from this company!

I expected this to be more stiff to help with my exercises. Would not recommend if wanting to use for exercising.

Poor quality stuffing does not hold up.

I'm a body worker and I find my clients really prefer this bolster which is much softer but still offers support.
