I am rarely impressed, but this frame deserves a 5 star review. There were a few choices cheaper but I decided to get this and I am glad I did. It was pre-assembled, very sturdy, the whole thing was easy to use- load up my print, hand on the wall, etc. Superior to other frames. Thanks for putting out a great product!

So just a heads up the once I got the frame the company sent me an email asking if there was anything wrong with the frame. I haven't gotten around to answering them but the fact that they bothered to ask and gave me instructions on how to return the frame or replace it if there was any damage shows great customer service.The frame set up was soooooo easy and unlike most frame where you have to pull the little hooks back with a pair of keys or something these hooks turn so no more destroy my keys or fingers nails trying to get a poster into the frame and securing it. The way to back works made it easy to add a poster in and out. If this is how all their frames are designed I'll be getting all my frames from here in the future.

The item was the right size, undamaged, and easy to hang. Some of the latches in the back got caught and were hard to remove/put back in place, to remove the back, I am certain that the inside of the frame got "damaged" from me forcing them out, however no one can see inside there, and it doesn't effect it structurally so it's not really a reason to not buy it, especially if you read this and get less frustrated because you know a little brute force isn't going to break anything (even if you somehow managed to break the tab, which would be hard). I'm also not sure that the small plastic layer they put over the main plastic front cover means anything, its actually leaves a few mm on at least two if not all the edges exposed, and it seems like most damage was avoided by simply good packaging, but it doesn't hurt. Overall, I would say it does the job, its easy to use if you have basic logic skills, it got here undamaged, but its clearly an okay quality product, which is why it only gets 4 stars. I would buy again for unimportant posters of similar size.

I LOVE these poster frames.Very much worth the money. They are sturdy and high quality and everything is done with ease. I have purchased 2 and will use them for all my future posters.A warning, there is a little lip of white tape at each end that can be a problem getting off of the plastic clear window that is the front of the frame. It wraps around the front and back. This is a real pain and can cause problems if not removed with care. I nearly ruined my frame as it was scratched trying to get the glue from the tape off. Luckily, I was able to hide it with the colors in my poster. It is still visible, and these things are not cheap.

I don't know why anyone wouldn't like this frame.I love the swivel connectors for the backing.I put a white piece of poster board cut to fit behind my poster and between it and the rivets for the backing connectors. Made the poster look cool too.I replaced the plastic with a 24x36 piece of glass from an old messed up wood frame I already had laying around.I'm sure it would've looked good with the original plastic. I'll find a creative use for the plastic sheet.It's solid enough to hold a piece of large heavy glass it wasn't designed to support.Check out the pics, it looks good.

The frame arrived intact with no cracking of the edges.But, there are some issues that stop it from getting 5 stars. The first is that there is too much play in the mount points (see fig 1). The second is the back board to frame attachment could be deeper for a more secure lock.When picking up the frame from the edge there is a tendency lock points to "pop" out of the frame from the back board. This makes hanging the frame a bit of a challenge, since your holding by the edges when positioning. Once the frame is hung, the fact that the weight distribution is spread across the entire unit should keep things together. (I sincerely hope so, since it is hanging right over my BED!).* * *Update:After hanging portrait style for the past 2-months, I have noticed that the top of the frame is bowing. Based on how the weight is distributed, I find this somewhat disturbing.

This was the absolute worst product I have purchased online that had a good rating SOMEHOW. The frame was cracked when it arrived as most people have stated in other reviews.First off, upon taking it out of the package I noticed that the plastic wrap holding it together (and I mean it was literally the only thing holding it together) was stronger than the frame itself.Second off, you might want 3 people to help you hang it as it falls apart from being so flimsy and poor quality.I wouldn't recommend spending your money on this frame, just go buy one from the dollar store for much cheaper and save yourself time and money.

The back of this black plastic poster frame is a hard composite material, not cardboard. The moveable clips which hold the frame together are sturdy and easy to use. The clear plastic front is protected by transparent blue film which peels off. Instructions are attached to the composite back and they are easy to follow. Hanging hardware is inserted into the back. The frame itself is a narrow width, as shown, and the entire poster is displayed - there are no margins hidden by the framework. I wanted a durable frame which would not overwhelm the art print I was going to hang, and that is exactly what I got. I was very happy with the quality of this frame and will buy from the maker again.
