Titan TI-7900 (Black)

I"ve been following all the proper steps to return this horrible chair, but they're just not responding at all.the Ti-9000 is very poorly constructed in china, smells like a glue factory (enough to give you a headache), and DOES NOT adjust to people of smaller frames, as advertised. you really better be 6'1+ and 200lbs, with wide shoulders. Otherwise, you'll get a crummy massage and the arm massager won't really do its job. That will teach me not to buy without trying at a store. But there is a reason you can't try Titan chairs anywhere. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. Save your money, and visit a massage spa instead.
