Chair is comfortable, but not made well.
I bought this chair in Oct 2016. The Chair is comfortable, but it exhibited issues shortly after I bought it. First the arms which slide back and forth started coming off the chair periodically. It is not difficult to put back in place, however the hardware that holds the Arm to the chair eventually wore out, and now one of the arms just lifts off the chair. Secondly the seat portion of the chair is attached to the back of the chair by two Hex screws (one on each side). when you recline it works the screws loose, and eventually the seat will detach from the back on either side of the chair. I contacted Barcalounger about the issue, but never heard back. If Barcalounger had contacted me back, I'd be much more likely to give the chair a higher rating.
