Great learning tool for any outdoor lover. The pack contains a good information booklet and is very detailed. My partner hasn't put it down and is constantly tying knots in things.

Nice book

I don’t often write Amazon reviews (sorry) but I’m just out of hospital and with time on my hands I’ve bought this and I LOVE it (hence review). Childhood memories of learning knots in scouts etc have evaporated over the years and I wanted something easy to add to my “to-do” daily tasks while I recover. This product is genius in its simplicity but beautifully produced. It’s boxed well, has two different coloured mini ropes to make it easy to identify when learning to do more complex knots, the little booklet is a lovely short history of knot-making combined with a short description of what each knot is used for. But in addition to this - you are supplied with really well produced glossy cards for each new knot showing, very clearly, how to tie the knot. Taken together - this is an inexpensive but lovely gift (or new hobby activist purchase). Thank you to the designers/producers for making me smile.

Well packaged, great ideas for rope tying in various ways. But the rope is way too short to fully grasp these methods with small hands. Longer length of rope would have been far more efficient.

Stingy on the rope. Rope is not long enough and thick enough to learn. Buy paracord. Could have had more. The content is really useful though. Learnt alot!

Comes with 2 little ropes and a lot of cards explaining knots so you don’t need to carry the whole box/book everywhere

Remarkable packing deserved better contents. The booklet enclosed had paragraphs on the use of knots, and introduction to each chapter with individual knot descsriptions which were less use than the cards which had more illustrations and better tying instructions, so what was the enclosed book really meant to add? By the time the cords ("ropes" was a misnomer) had been released everything became loose inside the contoured box!

Excellent product, very nice book, clear card to make the knots. Very nice packaging, the ropes are also long and nice. Highly recommend. It would have been useful to have 2 ropes of different colors, but maybe for a next edition.
