Can someone please tell me what makes this helmet worth $600? I'm trying to justify buying this.

How much is your head worth? But the question has been answered better and less snarky by K. Wachs. I have had dozens of brands, cheap to expensive - Shoei have always been the most comfortable for me. I ride long days for long trips, so comfort is incredibly important. If you only ever ride short rides then a cheaper helmet may be a better option for you - as long as they meet good safety standards. But any little pain or discomfort in a helmet, after 6, 8 or 10 hours becomes excruciating and ruins the whole ride.

Can I use Cardo system on this helmet?

Cardo.... packtalk? Yes, you can use the sticky tape (provided with the packtalk) to mount it to the helmet. It will not be internal (like the Sena SRL 2 that is custom built for this helmet)

Do you have a size chart?

Has anyone tried installing cardo packtalk slim? Instead of the Sena? Does the cardo battery fit in the back?
