Worked great for what it is suppose to do. My husband was helping me and when he squeezed it the bag bursted at the seam.

I love me some alt-milk, but to me the store-bought is worth the money in place of time and cost of nuts saved. Rather, I tried this product for cold brew. I grew tired of cheese cloth being too open, ready to unravel, and just enough of a pain to clean. These nut milk bags do much better for me. The weave is fine enough to keep medium grounds in. In the included pic, I'm cold brewing a 12 oz bag pre-ground coffee and filling the gallon jug to the gallon line (should yield about 3 qt cold brew concentrate). There is a string loop at the top of the bag that I thought was drawstring; it's not, but it was still useful to kind of gather and bind the top of the bag, and the bag is just floating in the water, sachet-style. There seems to be enough room in this bag for that amount of grounds to mingle with the water. I'd say use a bigger bag if you want a higher yield to give enough room for the grounds to swim a little, but for a 1-3 qt yield this bag will hold the grounds with enough room for ground:water contact without being overkill.Update 08/08/21:Ok, turns out that string is a drawstring after all. I guess when I tried to use it that way before it got snagged somewhere, and it is a thin string so I didn't want to push it.One more tip if you're using this for cold brew. One way or another, this is easier to clean than cheesecloth any day. But to take ease of cleaning to the next level, use the bag inside out. That way, the grounds don't get caught in the seam's stitch loops and such. This minor tweak made my future batches of cold brew that much easier to clean up after!

I used these bags to squeeze the liquid out of zucchini for lots of recipes. Simply add the shredded zucchini, and squeeze over the sink. Bags were then thrown into the washer and while slightly stained green, they washed beautifully.

Decently made easy to clean & useful for loose teas by the pitcher as well as herbs in soups.They won’t last forever but with the quantity of 3 packs w/ 3 in each that came in my order I’m good for some time .

Original product package is damaged.

Not easy to clean or care for. Returned them.

Good bags. Hold up well. Rinse easily.
