**Q: will this work with a Pi 3**
A: I’m sorry, but no. The wires are not compatible.

**Q: Does the screen auto shut off if not in use for a specified time? i want to use it as a nas.**
A: It does, you tap the screen to wake it up again.

**Q: What is the configuration? ram memory? hd? is it windows or android.?**
A: The sunfounder raspad adds a touch screen and a battery in a housing unit which work off a raspberry pi 4. So you are working within the raspberrys pi 4/4b specs. 
So 64 bit ARM CPU. With the same pi networking and graphics and ram. Which is onboard given the pi`s soc design. The details of the ram is  2400mhz speed the ram spec I found for the pi is 4 GB LPDDR4-2400 but as you are aware raspberry pi 4b comes in 3 models which is identified by memory capacity 2Gb, 4Gb and 8Gb. The ram is not upgradable since the ran and over components are solided directly to the board. So no typical memory slot found on a PC or laptop to be found and at a guess a signal memory channel. Sorry this is where your question losses me, Android or windows configuration? Since the pi was started as an introduction to coding in education is scrach, python and bash the natural os is Linux for the pi for the variant being raspberryian now pi os. It to can run a cut down form of windows but I am not sure if run an android os. But arm chips used in wide range of devices but your right mobile phones (android) is a main use case.  I hope my answer has been if some help. So I think it is a signal channel 2400mhz stock low power DDR4 chip.
