Flawed product
Was excited to receive produc after reading great reviews. Very disappointed that when I tried to use it the Velcro that keeps the cleaning cloth on did not stay together and the metal frame scratched my window. Needless to say the tool I bought to clean my windows did not help with that chore.

Excellent tool
I purchased this window washer becuase my husband is not supposed to get up on ladders anymore. We have 2 picture windows that are really hard to get just right be cause of the way the sun hits them. He was able to wash both of them in about 5 minutes each, and the results were terrific. We are very happy with this window washer. We used the homemade washing solution suggested by another reviewer on this site. It, too, was excellent.

So close but not quite
I was looking forward to putting the local neighborhood window cleaner out of business. This was not the tool to do that. The latching mechanism that holds the pole in place was made out of a flimsy plastic clip which got broken and stuck in the locking port rendering the extension pole useless. As others have said the squeeze is flimsy and does not take water off the window. The onlybsaving grace is the scrubbing pad was good. I had to buy a professional squeegee to really get the job done. This product needs a redesign.

Glass shower and floor, walls helper!
Love the combo squeegee with micro fiber! I didn't really understand how to separate the two, but I pulled it, then placed holder backwards, and now it keeps the cloth from slipping down and getting wet when I don't want to use it! I would definitely tell anyone who has a glass shower to purchase this item!

Works okay; you just have to keep changing the attachments. I ended up using a long handled brush and water hose to clean windows, then used the squeegie to get the water off. Still had to shine with a rag to make them look good.

Flimsy materials that will not stand up. Not well designed, considering that a sponge on one side and squeegee on the other have been around since before I was born.
