Together with Korn, Slot performed at Saint Petersburg's Ice Palace and at MSA in Moscow in 2006. The band have been featured on numerous soundtracks for films such as Day Watch, Pirate, Bumer and Hunting for Piranha. They have also been featured on compilations such as Nashestvie, Scang Fest, and Rock Watch. In Autumn 2006, the band released their second studio album 2 Wars (2 ), fuelled by the nationwide hit single of the same name. The video for the song was aired on various national television stations (MTV Russia, Muz-TV, A-One, O2TV and Music Box). The album shifted over eight thousand copies in the first twelve weeks of release. Due to the massive success of their second album, the band were once again nominated for the prestigious RAMP Awards in four categories. Slot received the most nominations in 2006. They won the Hit of the Year award. 2 Wars was re-recorded and re-released in 2007, featuring their new vocalist Daria Stavrovich (nicknamed Nookie). They have toured with Russian bands such as Animal JazZ and The Dolphin. They have also played with international rock bands such as Korn, Clawfinger, and Samael. In 2007 they performed alongside Aria at the RAMP Awards. The band embarked on a fifty-date tour of the Baltic region, where more than fifty thousand fans came out to support them in spring of 2007. In early 2014, female singer Nookie was stabbed multiple times in her neck during an autograph session with their fans on a café in St. Petersburg. She was rushed to the hospital, where the doctors said that she was moderately grave, but her life wasn't in danger. After releasing six studio albums, two remix albums, one live DVD, several singles and several soundtracksrussian hitmakers are out now with their seventh album. Slot took active part in music festivals such as , Kubana and has shared a stage with legends of rock such as Korn, Limp Bizkit, Guano Apes, and many others.

SLOT at its best
This is a really strong record from various perspectives - songwriting, lyrics, arrangements, instrumentation, overall experience. The ending is the album is incredible. SLOT did this for while, and they supposed to get into their comfort zone, but they sound fresh, relevant and intense. I think this one of the themes for rock in 2016, when you see established bands coming out with the vengeance (like Deftones or Lacuna Coil).Cash is a master of one-liners and showing his great sense of humor once again.And Daria is better than ever - this is their first album after her near death experience in 2014. This brings the parallel to a similar story with Christina Grimmie, who didn't survive the assault.Album has no weak songs, you can listen from beginning to the end in a single breath, but right now I have "Ctrl+Z" and "Зал ожидания" on heavy rotation.And CD came in perfect condition, BTW.

Awesome Russian rock group!!!
Excellent album by a great Russian band. I first found Slot several years ago, and have been a fan ever since. Nookie and Cache are musically intense and fun to watch in MV's. I highly recommend this band for someone looking for an example of top class rock and roll in Russia. I deducted one star because the CD came to me broken in half......the case only as it turned out....the CD itself survived intact. But, it looked as if someone had intentionally tried to break the case in half.

Nice album, checked it out on YouTube first, sounded awesome , then bought it on impulse-Arrived undamaged,new, still in wrapper-Album sounds good from the beginning , really like Реинкарнация,Русская душа, and some other onesAttached are 2 pictures, front and back of the CD, guess you guys will be interested in the backOverall Слот makes some awesome songs/albums, I'm planning to buy more of their CD's , would be nice if the other albums were also in-stock in amazon :P
