We used it all day today and found we could make it extra challenging by kicking it hard against the outside brick wall and catching it. No wear and tear as of yet, and i kick very hard. Bought for my son to practice at home and train on his throwing technique, but i might end up using it just as much for kicking and rebound speed/reflex catching.
