I am a vintage and sharp cheddar lover. I bought this cheese because I was trying to transition to as many organic foods as possible. I worried that my Tillamook addiction would make me feel disappointed in this cheese but it didn't. I really enjoy this cheese. I think it has a nice flavor and I'm thrilled with the non-GMO, grass-fed, and organic aspects of it. This is now the household standard.

Bland and waxy texture

This cheese has a full flavor with a balanced sharpness, Delicious.

I am actually taking the time to rate a cheese on amazon, because I want to vent.This is the most bland, non-sharp, non-cheddar tasting, soft edible food wax mouthfeeling cheese I've ever had. I spent more money on this than I should have, and yes it was an impulse buy at a green grocery. They did not have horizon sharp, or tillamook vintage white extra sharp, or anything remotely related, so I got this instead. I paid a premium because it was in with fancy cheeses. I'm highly disappointed and will never buy from this company again.
