I have been using this regularly for several weeks now. Mine didn't shed bristles and seems to stay clean with rinsing well and hanging up to air dry. The long bristle side is comfortable for scrubbing any area requiring attention. The short bristle side will remove flaking dry skin and scratches itches beautifully. I am 6'3" and the handle is long enough to reach anywhere needed. Even when soapy, it isn't hard to hold on to the handle. I really like it and recommend it.

I really liked that there are 2 sides to the brush. One side is a little more gentler than the other. Easy to hold, durable, and the string allows it to be hung for drainage. Bristles are strong and work well to scrub one's back.

As I've gotten older, and as a weighlifter, my range of motion is limited. I need a long-handled brush to get just about all of my back. Having snapped two plastic handled brushes, I went with a bamboo handle.This product is plenty long to reach my entire back, and it doesn't even bend when I put pressure on the handle. That said, it's a bit stiff and it really scratches. Not as bad as some plastic models, but it's definitely not gentle.

This brush definitely works, but the firm side isn't as firm as I'd prefer when wet. If you're looking for a soft and softer bristled brush, this works alright. It can also be hard to grip without any reliable grip when using soap products.

The brush is exceptionally well-made out of fine wood and bristles. The long handle is excellent for washing and scrubbing hard-to-reach body parts such as the back. A hole in the handle and an attached loop are convenient for hanging. Highly recommended bath brush.

It has two different stiffness of bristles and I do totally LOVE it. I use it all over my body with the exception of my face. I use the stiffer bristles on my legs and feet. You can actually see the dead skin cells fly off your legs. I use the softer bristles on my arms and body. I do it while sitting in a dry tub and then shower. Afterward, I really moisturize with an anti-aging, anti-cellulite oil on my upper leg and then moisturizer on my lower legs. It has truly helped. Without giving my age, let's just say I am eligible for Medicare so my skin is thinner. I would strongly encourage younger women to use this kind of treatment. It's more like pampering and has really made a difference in some of my older age spots. STAY OUT OF THE SUN without high quality sun screen ladies. It's a lot of work to try to work backward after 60. LOL

Brush arrived damaged, the bristles were crushed. I waited 24 hours but they did not come back up, so it's permanent damage.The large handle has hard square edges, not ergonomic and difficult to use. The wood and the bristles are good quality. The brush is soft on both sides, was expecting a hard bristle on one side. well I thought I was getting three not one.. so the was kinda upsetting. But its a very nice brush and back scratcher.. I'm going to keep it only because it's not worth the headach sending it back, But again. It's very nice and heavy duty.
