My goodnessSeriously don't hesitate to buy.I know it is work, but trust me, I have dealt with other companies who sells chandeliers like this but none as good as this people. I Will post pix.Do not worry if your items comes broken cause seriously won't be.look at the pix..amazing how they packaged them. My son was jumping on the box before opening them..just like they have said and showed on their site packaged well.enough that 200lb person can stand on it and nothing will happen to it:)))))))Good k9 crystals..it is long. This is going to a duplex foyer entrance. Awesome buy..Great job.Forget all the other reviews, I am picky as he'll. O have returned an item cause it has a little scratch. Very detailed oriented. So trust me with this. Perfect buy:))).go buy it don't HESITATE..They do.come.with bulbs.They do come with extra strings and CYRSTALS.Don't worry for what you may need cause they included everything.All you need a handy husband.lol thankfully got that one down. If not hire someone. Worth it....

The seller is great with customer service! A few pieces got tangled and they were able to send me the missing parts. The light took forever to install - and it is indeed meticulous, time consuming, tiring (insert other words that resemble draining)! This light is a one and done for our home. It's beautiful but needs to be easier to install. Not to mention I haven't thought about how I'd clean it?! It may be impossible. The strings get easily tangled. I'm nervous that the wind may tangle my wires when I open the door.

I received this well packed and on time. They forgot to give me white light. Per my request they ordered white light well within time and also asked me to keep yellow light as a complimentary.For any issue - this seller is willing to fix it.Yes, I wanna echo it again. This light is time consuming. Electrician and handy man spent roughly 16-20 hours.But honestly, master pieces are made with time and hard work. It’s well worth it.Be ready to get compliments from people who are walking outside and from friends and family who are visiting you.

This Chandelier is gorgeous and the materials are top notch. It is a pain to install with the 369 crystals that needed to be hanged individually. It's a good thing my general contractor who repainted my entire house let me use his 16ft step ladder. Took me and my brother-in-law 8 hrs but the end result is worth it. I wished the manufacturer bagged the strings individually for the smaller balls and not bunched them up in 3 or 4 pcs. Unravelling the strings and separating them took most of the time.Shipping was very fast and item was triple boxed and whole box was wrapped in packing tape.

The only problem is it doesnot come fully assembled . To assemble it might take a lot of work. And trust me a lottttt of work. U might want to go to a shop and pick a chandelier if you want yourself to save time and effort. I have not yet assembled it because I need a lot of time on my hand to do it. But I will soon because I spent a lot of money on this product.

The other reviews are being nice when they say assembly and installation is hard. They should say - it’s a nightmare! Be prepared to spend 12-24hours getting this done. The very long strands are easy to tangle. Even when done slowly, the chances of tangling is 90%. Untangling is a nightmare.Be prepared to pay more for installation.

This is the best chandelier ever i would recommend to everyone to get this one if you have high ceilings. When I got my chandelier all my family are buying one too . I’m in love with it , everytime I look at it I love it more and more it makes your house look so nice and modern . Thank you so much

It is beautiful but very hard to assembly and when take a little wind the cords and crystal is a mess.
