Comfy once you get used to it.
When I first started using this pillow it took a little getting used to, but after about a week I was hooked. I really like it! I don't have ear problems but the holes for the ears are really, really comfortable!! If you have ear problems I highly recommend this for you!! I love the design as I am an "edge of the pillow" sleeper. I only sleep at the edge of my pillow so with this pillow being so small and fitting your head is perfect! It's quite comfortable once you get used to it. So far I haven't had any headaches since using it so it has helped in that respect. I have been in 8 car accidents over the years and I struggle with neck and back pain because of it. This pillow has helped in that regard.I just don't know about the price. $90 for a pillow is quite steep in my opinion. I would like to get another one for travel but the price point is prohibitive. It took me several days to decide to spend so much money on a pillow but in the end, I am glad I did. I've had it for about two months now so we will see how long it lasts. Will post if it breaks down in the next few years. For $90 I would hope it would last for at least 5 years. Now I just have to make a satin pillow case for it that fits it properly. :-)

Hard to adjust exact position and holes maybe too small for some people.
I have a sore ear and that makes it hard to sleep on one side. The soreness comes from lying on my partner's arm when we cuddle and it has become somewhat chronic. The holes in the pillow, in a way, are not big enough and it is hard to position my ear just right. I tried stuffing a tennis ball into the hole to stretch and the result was both good and bad. There was some tearing of the foam, but it made it possible for me to reach through from underneath and position my ear so that there was no pressure on the part that needs protection. Also, the case is not really absorbent, although the pillow is not hot like memory foam. Some nights it works for me, others not so much. I am glad that I have it and wish there was an even better solution, a softer pillow, more control over the exact ear position and maybe slightly bigger openings. If someone knows of one, let me know:-)

... had this pillow for 8 months now and am pretty much sold on it
I've had this pillow for 8 months now and am pretty much sold on it. Actually, the one I bought I evidently didn't have the right height combo of foam. I asked for another slimmer piece and the owner sent another new pillow, which I thought was amazing. I've been able to switch off the foam and the height seems to be right. I rarely have neck pain anymore, at least from sleeping.I have had to trim some around the ear holes and may have to do a little more. One mistake from the first pillow is the white/blue color combo of the cover. It doesn't take long for the oil in my system to make it look disgusting. The replacement pillow cover is black and so much better.Overall happy with the pillow but there will probably be some adjustments to be made if you get one.

Works better than any other commercial product out there.
I want to love this, and it's pretty good but not perfect. Still, other than the homemade ear relief pillows I've made (by cutting holes in my latex pillows), it's the best thing I've tried. When I'm at home in MA, it is a bit harder - because it's colder. I brought it with me on vacation to a warm climate, and it's significantly softer. The reason it's not perfect for me, is that the part below the ear holes, that supposed to support the neck, is not long enough -- so a part of my neck is unsupported. Very annoying.

Best Ever
I'm so happy that I finally found a pillow that works for me. I have tried so many without success as I was awakened every night from discomfort. I have problems with ear pain when sleeping on my side which is most of the night. The cut outs work great for me. The other problem is my CPAP face apparatus. Typically a pillow moves my nose piece out of place and the face strap becomes embedded into my cheek. The Womfy's memory foam is just the right firmness that I don't sink into it as much and still feels quite soft to me. The cover it comes with is super soft. I still had a bit more pressure on my cheek than I would like so I spoke w/ the seller and he said it was OK if I removed some foam. I removed some in the cheek area extending out to the edge for the CPAP tubing. I also made the ear opening slightly larger towards the edge. It was very simple removing some foam (just pinched it out with my fingers). I keep a record of my sleep every night and since I have revised it I have slept through most of every night (only waking to use the BR).The customer service is awesome, Brendon the inventor responds immediately to emails and was so accommodating.

Very comfortable
At first I thought $90 for a pillow was pretty outrageous, but I couldn't seem to find any other product like the Womfy after days of research. Since the product is produced by an individual, I can see how materials and labor would easily add up. I had some Amazon gift cards to help with the cost thankfully, so I decideded to take a chance. I suffer from severe migraines, about 5 a month on average, most of those from clenched teeth grinding while sleeping. I also have been experiencing ear, and jaw pain from my old pillows (basic medium firm style) for years. This also contributed to extra pressure and would induce migraines. I have had the Womfy about 10 days now, and I absolutely love it. The support is quite perfect around my neck and shoulders. The ear holes made an immediate difference in how often I toss and turn from ear pain. It is definitely the most comfortable pillow I've ever had so far in my 43 years of life. I have yet to see what the greater impact will be on my migraines. That will take time to determine. In the photo I included my aspirin bottle as a size reference.Pros: Very comfortable, easy to add the riser foam, helps with ear painCons: cost, ear holes could be just slightly larger like a another 1/4" (not a deal breaker though)
