TGBU686U V Tiger Army Men's T Shirts

Ordered my standard size in all shirts, a large. Arrived 3 weeks later from China, no brand on the tag, and a heavy plasticky screen print like you get from those cheap shops on the beach. Washed it and dried on low and it shrunk over 4 inches in length! It stayed the same width but it is now a belly shirt. I am not the type of guy who likes to show off the midriff.
