Thomas Kemper Black Cherry

This is superb ginger ale. Thomas Kemper really knocks it out of the park with this one. I've shared it with a number of friends who all agree that it's the best they've ever had. Most of the time, ginger ale is used to mix with other things, but this stuff really stands on its own. I am currently drinking my last bottle, as I order more of them.To those who have posted negative remarks about the shipping, they've really improved how they package the bottles. I too was disappointed with orders when they first started shipping from amazon, but the packaging is much better than it was. Keep up the good work!And get some more root beer in stock pretty please!

The photo attached to Thomas Kemper Root Beer says "24 pack" The question and answer area has the question how many bottles and the answer (from 2016) are 24 bottles. My order just arrived and there are 12 (twelve) bottles. Not cool. This makes the price about $4.00 per bottle. Be careful when you order that you understand what you will receive!

This Ginger Ale really is worth it, it's not to spicy as some of the other ginger ales can be and calms the stomach just like ginger ale should, I looked into starting a ginger bug to create my own homemade soda and decided that this would be a better way while I consider the effort of making my own soda on a day to day basis.

The product arrived as expected. The root beer was good enough. But I was lucky enough to enjoy the Orange Cream soda before it was discontinued. Unfortunately the root beer does not live up to the same standard of taste and flavor. From what I read, the grape soda was really good too. I would purchase again individually but not in large quantities.

Very nice root beer, but be aware that it truly is not packaged proerly for shipment. I am actually quite surprised that something like this, sold on-line for shipment, has relatively no protection. Arrived with 3 broken bottles and a wet cardboard box. In the box are the flimsy 4 pack bottle holders for each set of 4. That's all.I really like this root beer - but unfortuantely wont buy it again because of the packaging.5 stars for the root beer and minus one big star for pahaging.

I love this root beer and couldn't find it anywhere else, so was glad to see Amazon carried it. The packaging, however, left a lot to be desired. The bottles were in their four-pack, upside down in a box without extra cushion and then all of it was inside another box with no extra cushion. One bottle was smashed to fine pieces, and the box was damp. Someone along the way must have had a sticky mess. Because the bottles were upside down I think some of the fizz might have escaped. They don't foam up like bottles I've had in the past would when I pour it into a glass. Love having the root beer, but may think twice about ordering again.

I first tried this root beer while I was visiting CA last year and absolutely loved it. Unfortunately, as with many root beers, it is a regional thing and not easy to find outside of the west coast. I was glad I could purchase off of Amazon, even if I did need to buy 2 cases of it. It was gone in less than a month and would have been gone even quicker if I wasn't stashing it from my kids and purposefully trying to make it last.

So... The other two reviews are for root beer. This isn't root beer. It's vanilla cream, a.k.a. cream soda. There are much better vanilla creams out there. This one tastes like like vanilla extract with carbonation. You could probably make some delicious cookies or bread with it, but I wouldn't recommend drinking it.Update: It makes pretty good beer bread, but I still wouldn't drink it.
