I was amazed how great it looked but unfortunately the case was at least 1cm longer than my phone and 4mm wider. Let me break it down simply with:Pros:1-Sturdy metal body2-Beautiful design and color3-Secure screw design4-Comes with glass cover as part of front face5-great price6- thick rubber surround bandCons:1-Size is too big for my Samsung A32 5G phone2-Screws need a tool to open and close case which is time consuming when I need to access my SIM card/ memory card port (included with purchase)4- missing a piece of rubber at the side port access which I reported to seller6- due to wrong size, I can’t access power button, volume buttons properly7- camera lenses are not covered so it is not a waterproof case like I thought8- glass covering front of case affects the phone screen where it doesn’t read my fingerprint for phone access and typing is harder9-the case doesnt seem heavy but once i put my phone inside, it was very heavy.10- the left speaker hole was in the wrong position so the volume was a bit lower with the case on (updated with use of new replacement case)I reached out to seller and they replied immediately and clarified that my phone was actually a 4G phone based on model number SM 325M/DS. They gave me a replacement case that hopefully will fit my phone.The customer service was A plus. Despite the error being from the people who sold me the phone, they still sent me the correct case. Amazing service so updating this review to 5 stars! They did tell me that the glass is thicker so I won’t be able to use the fingerprint feature but the design is beautiful.

I wanted a case that would be great for drops so i bought this one in yellow I'm constantly dropping and breaking my phone so this case look awesome for that but in less than a week of use the front screen cover has broke and I've never dropped it more than 4ft from the ground I'm glad it was just the case and not my phone but the way this case was described I thought it would be the case of all cases and great for drops but sadly it wasn't other than that I really love the way this case Is made and it would have been an awesome purchase if only the front screen of the case was more durable like the add says

Looks and feels very durable on the hevy side but it's actually kinda nice the screen protector fits perfectly and the screws really make the phone feel safe and secure overall my first impression are good for a product that before my review had no review but still need to see if it's actually as durable as it clames to be but I feel that it is so good phone case

I love the metal frame.. has hole big enough for keyring, so i can clip it off to my belt loop...Downsides.. i would not call it waterproof by any measure, and as it goes together with tiny screws, it took forever to get out when my phone did get wet... and the metal is quick to fade... but it's drop resistance is top notch

The metal does not absorb the shock of dropping on the floor as promised. The glass face cracked. Disappointing.

I could see right inside the case where water would clearly damage my phone. Description said the product was waterproof and clearly wasn't. Very difficult to get apart. I returned the product.

Seems to be what I was looking for durability and Heavy Duty for work and every day use.

I just received this case and it looks really great and sturdy. My only issue so far is that I am not sure if it is truly waterproof, as the camera section of the phone is not enclosed in the case. Touch screen is fine and knobs work ok.
