Problem is: it doesn't work. Keeping the diffuser arm place is nearly impossible. The headgear lacks sufficient tension to hold it in place. If you can hold absolutely still for hours on end, it might work for you, but simply turn your head and the diffuser is oxygenating your cheek or your eyebrows. As a single use medical item, I didn't even bother to try returning it as it is now contaminated by my two hour long struggle with it, so I'm out 40 bucks.
