These are NOT application pens. They are just regular old brush polishes. Do not be fooled by the title. No idea what the two-way in the title means either. You pull off one end and there is nothing there -- just a empty cover. The other end twists off and there is a brush. Just got to a dollar store and get the colors you want if you want brush style polish. Again, these are NOT application pens.

Good deal
They worked pretty good after I figured out where the actual pen part was. When you remove the entire end nothing is there. The glitter ones don't show up very well, but over all they are good for the price :)
