It has heat and strong massage pressure. It has timer 15 min every cycle. I highly recommend this. For this price you got real gem. This chair do its function. I love it.

I was so excited that I could return it for a replacement then that became a nightmare trying to find boxes to fit it in and then I had to send it back in 3 boxes per the company. Which caused me to spend money on big enough boxes to ship it back before a replacement was sent. After the the poor communication and hassle of buying boxes I just asked for a refund. I will not do business with this company again.

A: Will roll straight no side to side and latch on back wheels.

**Q: I'm 6'5" and 230 will be able to get a good massage**
A: Not really sure, I’m 5’1 140 and it’s kinda big. I have plenty room in width and length.

**Q: Massage type ? Points or rollers ? Which is accurate. Description has both?**
A: Points. I was hoping for rollers. Points aren’t bad, but it does not roll down further than your back and it only reached my lower neck. I’m 6’1”

**Q: Ok does the chair have a motor to go up and down to the zero gravity position? Or it that a hand adjusted position?**
A: There zero gravity position is done on the remote.
