Royal Doulton Gordon Ramsay 4-pc. Tumbler Set

I had searched for more Gordon Ramsay tumblers and was overjoyed to find them on Amazon. This was shipped from China and because the 'tracking' did not work it took me days of calling to track the parcel to my local post office (was meant to be door to door delivery). When I found it the box looked like it had imploded - but my hopes were lifted year another time when I saw the boxes inside looked in fair condition. Only to have hopes dashed one more time when i realised that the glasses were substandard. When I compared them to my originals it was clear that they were not only substandard they were in fact not the real thing. Very sad.BUT there is a silver lining - thanks to Amazon, I received a full refund. It gave me full confidence to purchase goods on Amazon.So ***** (5 stars to Amazon) No stars for the purchase itself.
