So, the vendor, I can say, is very responsive to inquiries about their product and are VERY friendly and highly responsive. And, at the end of the day, you can't ask for more than that. Had this been Apple, I know for a fact you would not get that kind of service (been there done that). When you do that the unit shuts down and does not work. Very dangerous! Use caution...anyone know how to contact the manufacturer?This was for a college kid who keeps trashing his Apple brand charger (the cable ends fray on those things). He reports this one is more durable and so far no issues, and the spare usb charger is a bonus.

I have just started using this charger 30 minutes ago. My 15", 2011 Macbook Pro requires an 85 watt charger, and this works fine. The 'block' is warm, but no warmer than my apple would get (before it broke). The Abyone cord is not as long as my old apple charger, but it does have strain reliefs. I'm glad the block has a usb outlet, which I'll probably use to charge my phone.It ships with three cords: MagSafe (what I use), MagSafe2 (newer MacBook Pros, etc), and USB Type-C.

Very happy with this product! My original apple charger broke and I needed a replacement but didn't want to spend the $85 Apple was charging but I didn't want to buy a crappy $20 one - this was the perfect compromise! It's held up great in the month I've had it, and charges my computer fast! I also love that it comes with three different chargers because I plan on upgrading my Mac in a few months so I will have a spare charger then. I also like that it has a USB port so I can charge my phone at the same time. Great product, I would highly recommend!

An excellent AC adapter for the MacBook Pro. I tried several others before getting this one. Some didn't have the right connector, one burned out. This one three different connectors for pretty much any king of MacBook Pro, and plenty of power for any of them as well. It also has handy USB charging port so you don't need a separate brick to charge your iPhone or iPad. Kudos for a well designed, versatile product that does what it's supposed to!

I've been using this charger for 2 months now and am very pleased with it. This is my 3rd charger to be used on my mid-2012 MacBook Pro (Retina). The first 2 were Apple chargers and both frayed near the brick. I don't think this charger will have the fraying issues. The extra USB port on the charger is a nice bonus, although I have an open USB port on my laptop that's a little more convenient for charging my phone.

This was a waste of money. I bought it September of 2016. Within a month the magnet connector wire broke away from the end piece. Within 6 months, the whole thing stopped working. The base started to emit this beeping sound. Took me a while to figure out where it was coming from.

Not only is the charger crap and now breaking but they keep sending me emails daily after I have sent 4 requests to remove me from their list. Look elsewhere. Too expensive for what you get.

I bought this as an extra adapter for my MacBook Air. It seem to be much better than the adapter it got replaced. It come with the extra USB charging port which I love the most. Now that I leave the original smaller adapter n my laptop bag and keep this one out on my work bench. I also, bought the larger one since I don't have to take it anywhere. It will work well especially for MacBook Pro Retina 15. Great Product!!
