I love this adapter. I'm traveling to Russia from time to time, and I've always had a similar thing, but recently I managed to lose it. So I bought this one. I love it much more than my old one. First, the feel. The black coating material is very pleasant to touch, it's soft and sturdy at the same time. Very nice! Second, I love that it has very nice case. I used to keep my old one with the other cords and it got all scratched. It will not happen to this one. Third, my old adapter didn't have the usb slots (this one has 2). And lastly, there is a nice gift of adapter cord for charging different phones.Overall, definitely recommend!!!

incredibly useful while traveling in vietnam & cambodia. must move the US switch in order to push out the plug portion. we had to struggle with it then figured out that it had to be secure in the US position before utilizing. compact and a nice bag to hold the adaptor + one small usb cable that we took with us. nice to charge many things at once. and it lasted through the 2 weeks in and out of hotels

Amazing little product! It was awesome to be able to charge all of my necessary devices on one small and easily packable adapter. I went to multiple countries on my trip and this was a must-have item. I have had other adapters in the past and none compare to this one. I highly recommend it!

Love the extra USB ports and handy storage bag. No too big and bulky. Only thing that did frustrate me a little and the reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it kept falling out of the wall socket. It would not fit snugly and the slightest tug would send it flying. Could have been the European wall socket so I don't know for sure.

This travel adapter arrived quickly. It looks very nice and feels good to the touch. I have not yet traveled with it, but it does work in my home electrical outlet. I purchased this one in particular because it should work in Europe with my blow dryer. I have not tested that, yet.

At first glance, this product is compact and versitle--working as an adapter for any outlet in the world. However, like so many Chinese made products, it was never given a human factors testing or review so it has some usability problems. First, it is heavy and the downward pull when it is plug it causes it to fall from most European sockets. Potentially, as it comes loose you could come into contact with one of the elements and be electrocuted. This product does not meet U.S. standards. It is inherently defective. Second,it is difficult to access the European prongs. There isn't an easy way to trip the release. Maybe this is by design to keep from using it and being electrocuted. However, despite the defective function, it looks real good--which counts a lot in this world.

This was a great purchase. I had previously purchased travel adapters at big box stores and those are always a pain. This one is all in one and it has the additional 2 USB ports on it so you can actually charge 3 devices at once. Used this on a trip to Iceland, where because of the colder weather batteries died quicker, so this was super convenient to have! Loved how compact it is as well!

A very easy to use universal travel adapter. It worked beautifully on my recent trip to Iceland. It packs into such a small package that it's easy to travel with. Quality construction and I really like the soft feel of the exterior. Could not ask for better.
