It says to apply to dry skin, but I applied my normal night cream 1-2 hours before applying. Because of this, it didn't stick to my forehead very well around the edges, but the center where my deepest wrinkle is forming stayed attached. The Wrinkles didn't magically disappear in one night, but I noticed a SIGNIFICANT reduction. I attached before and after photos for you. I'm hoping to see continued improvement as I keep using the patches. I was surprised at the comfort level. I expected discomfort, but it was only a minor annoyance at 1/10 discomfort. I was easily able to fall asleep with it on and was more worried about it falling off than anything, but it stayed on all night. I'm sure it would've adhered better without my lotion, too, if I wasn't stubborn. Easy and completely painless to remove. Review: 👎👎Not strong enough, not sticky enough, not for use w/ serums. - 👎👎👎I’ve used other wrinkle pads before and this doesn’t hold up to them. I’ve already lost one because, let’s face it, women in their mid to later forties get warm in the night and so far, every single night my patch has fallen off and I’ve had to search my bed for it.
